We would like to inform you of the current situation and potential impacts on cargo movement and customs processing.

Air Operations
  • Flight Delays and Cancellations: Airports such as BOS, BNA, DFW, ORD, and MIA are facing delays due to staffing shortages.

  • Essential Staff Working Without Pay: FAA and TSA staff are on duty without pay, which may reduce processing efficiency.

  • Security Screening Delays: Longer queues at TSA checkpoints are expected.

Port and Border Operations
  • CBP Status: U.S. Customs and Border Protection remains operational, but with reduced staff, longer inspection times are expected.

  • Port Congestion Risks: Delays are possible in Los Angeles, Long Beach, Savannah, and Miami.

Global Cargo Actions

We are actively monitoring all air and ocean shipments and maintaining communication with carriers, port authorities, and customs officials.

Should any delays occur, we will communicate updates promptly and provide alternative routing or scheduling options when possible.
We appreciate your continued partnership and understanding as we navigate this situation. Our commitment remains to ensuring the most efficient handling of your cargo despite the current operational challenges.
